Job summary

A background in Electrical Engineering, IoT knowledge, and 1–2 years of experience are required, with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a technical coordination role.
• Understanding of IoT, GPS sensors, vehicle electrical systems, and firmware updates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong coaching, influencing, decision making, execution and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Business Development team regarding installation, repair, removal, and relocation of GPS/IoT devices.
• Search, manage, and coordinate technicians according to operational needs.
• Ensure installation, configuration, and troubleshooting processes run according to standards.
• Create and update technical documentation and troubleshooting results.
