Job summary

Cartrack South East Asia in Indonesia seeks a technically skilled support engineer to aid IoT devices and our SaaS platform. You will handle escalated inquiries, monitor system health, and confirm installation completions, working both remotely and on-site.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering, with 1–3 years in IT service, API (Postman) knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in the IT service with experience/knowledge in Application Support and Web Services.
• Knowledge of API (Postman) and technologies like GPS/GSM/Mobile Phone/Vehicles will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IoT devices and SaaS platform.
• Resolve customers enquiries or issues upon escalation from internal and external source, ensuring proper follow-up to the final closure.
