Job summary

The Jackfruit Club in Bali is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to inspect and maintain hotel facilities and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You will address repairs, respond to guest requests, and report safety concerns to the supervisor, while upholding SOPs for safe operations.

Ideal candidates have SMK-level training in a relevant field and at least 1 year of hospitality maintenance experience.

Qualifications

Minimum SMK or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Building or related field.
1+ year of experience as Engineer or Technician in hotels, villas or hospitality.
Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and general building maintenance.
Able to troubleshoot problems quickly and work well independently or in a team.
Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Handle repairs and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, water pumps, and other building systems.
Maintain pool and garden equipment, including pumps, filters, and water treatment systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and the operations team.
Report damages, safety hazards, or major repair needs to the supervisor.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and follow SOPs for safety.
