Job summary

Yay Sekolah Kristen Kanaan is seeking an Engineering Staff member to manage maintenance programs and schedules for MEP equipment within the school’s facilities. You will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, perform daily checks, and maintain equipment logs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of engineering experience or 1 year in a supervisory role, with strong MEP knowledge across electrical, mechanical, plumbing and AC systems. OT may be required to keep facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Engineering Staff or 1 year as Supervisor in building management, hotel, school, or high-rise building.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems, including maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

About you
