We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting (MEP) systems across the project area.
This role will ensure all MEP installations comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements, while supporting the implementation of Smart Building systems and energy-efficient solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting installations throughout the project
- Inspect the installation of plumbing, hydrant and sprinkler piping, electrical cabling including strong current and weak current systems, HVAC ducting, and MEP equipment rooms
- Ensure MEP materials delivered and installed by contractors comply with approved Material Approval / Material Submittal
- Monitor installation quality and ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements
- Lead and witness Testing & Commissioning
- Monitor the readiness and integration of MEP systems to support Smart Building and energy-efficiency initiatives
- Identify construction issues, deviations, and potential quality risks and coordinate corrective actions with contractors
- Prepare inspection findings, testing records, and relevant MEP progress/quality reports
What You Will Need
- Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP inspection/supervision, preferably in high-rise building or large-scale property projects
- Experienced in supervising vertical building MEP installations, particularly: Booster pump systems, Mechanical ventilation, Pressurized fire protection systems and Lift/high-speed elevator systems
- Strong understanding of MEP installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning
- Experience in coordinating MEP clash management with structural and architectural disciplines
- Able to review technical drawings, specifications, material approvals, and inspection documentation
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and supervisory skills.
