Job summary

PT. VEOLIA SERVICES INDONESIA is seeking a maintenance technician to monitor production areas and perform preventive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems. You will conduct regular inspections, replace components, clean panels, and support shift operations to keep processes running smoothly.

You will work at Pasuruan (PIER) and participate in safety practices and teamwork, with the ability to operate a computer and work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience as a mechanical or electrical technician (vocational HS).
• Ability to operate a computer.
• Ability to work in electrician/mechanical/controls systems.
• Able to work in a team or individually.
• Willing to work in shift schedule.
• Commitment to quality, health, safety and environmental management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all production areas and perform inspections for optimal operation.
• Maintain electrical systems: clean panel rooms, replace filters, ensure ventilation.
• Perform scheduled maintenance: component replacement, lubrication, servicing of sorting equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of filtration systems and workspaces; ensure proper lighting.
• Participate in maintenance meetings, support shutdown activities, monitor equipment status.

Job description

Monitor all production areas, including processing lines, treatment units, and utility systems while conducting regular inspections to ensure optimal operation.

Maintain electrical systems by regularly cleaning panel rooms, replacing filters, and ensuring proper ventilation throughout the facility.

Perform scheduled equipment maintenance tasks such as component replacement, lubrication, and servicing of sorting equipment according to preventive maintenance schedules.

Maintain cleanliness standards by regularly cleaning filtration systems, equipment panels, and organizing tools while ensuring proper lighting and workspace organization.

Actively participate in maintenance meetings, support shutdown activities, and continuously monitor equipment status to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or (vocational high school with experience as a mechanical / electrical technician over 3 years)

Having the ability to operate a computer

Able to handling problem in the Electrician or mechanical and controler system

Able to work as a team or individually

Willing to work in shift schedule

Establish and improve the awareness of quality, health, safety and environmental management

Willing to work at PIER – Pasuruan
