Qualifications

• Min. D3 Electrical Engineering or engineering background.
• Proven leadership in production/fabrication.
• Proficient with electrical wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of industry codes and quality standards (e.g., ASME, ASTM, API, AWS).
• Handle inventory, storage, and audits of raw materials.
• Experienced with SAP / ERP.
• Willing to work shifts.
• Placement of Pasuruan, East Java.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that the assembly process for electrical components (such as cables, PCBs, or electrical panels) complies with work standards.
• Monitor the smooth operation of the production line to ensure that production targets are met on time. Promptly resolve minor technical issues that arise on the assembly line.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards (e.g., ASME, TEMA) throughout fabrication.
• Optimize use of personnel, machinery, and materials.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Guarantee all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
• Address production issues and minimize disruptions.
