Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Machine Technician for a global textile manufacturing client in Pasuruan. The role focuses on preventive maintenance and repairs for electrical systems and factory facilities.

You will perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot issues, document activities, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards while rotating through 3 shifts, 6 days per week. English skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of factory equipment and facilities.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, mechanical components, and maintenance documentation.
• Willing to work on a 3-shift rotation, 6 days per week.
• Proficiency in English is a plus and workplace safety is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on factory facilities and production equipment, with a focus on electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and factory facility issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain factory facilities and production/supporting machines in good working condition.
• Record all maintenance and repair activities, including spare parts used, accurately and systematically.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with SOPs, 6S standards, and safety procedures.
• Participate in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs, use PPE, and report safety or environmental incidents.
