Job summary

Advance Innovations (AdIns) is seeking a Technical Writer to develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API docs, design documents, system docs, user manuals, and knowledge base articles. You will collaborate with Software Engineers, System Analysts, Product Owners, and QA to capture and document technical information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/Communications/English or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Software Documentation Specialist in IT.
• Familiarity with Wiki.js.
• Familiar with Confluence, Notion, GitBook, or SharePoint.
• Experience using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong technical writing, editing, and communication skills.
