Advance Innovations (AdIns) mencari kandidat IT Support/Technical Support untuk menangani issue teknis sesuai SLA, melakukan monitoring sistem, analisis log, serta RCA untuk masalah berulang. Posisi ini mengutamakan kemampuan troubleshooting hardware, software, jaringan, dan OS, dengan fokus pada penyelesaian cepat.

Penempatan: full-time, kerja di lokasi Kapuk/North Jakarta, on-site. Yakin Anda mampu berkoordinasi lintas divisi, mengelola eskalasi, dan menyusun SOP serta knowledge base untuk

Qualifications

• Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di Technical Support/IT Support.
• Pengalaman dalam implementari jaringan.
• Menguasai troubleshooting hardware, software, network, dan operating system.
• Memahami incident management, escalation handling, dan root cause analysis (RCA).
• Familiar dengan monitoring tools, remote support tools, serta knowledge base management.
• Memahami networking, infrastructure, dan dasar cloud/security menjadi nilai tambah.
• Memiliki problem solving, analytical thinking, dan komunikasi yang baik.
• Terbiasa bekerja dengan target, pressure, dan koordinasi lintas divisi.
