Advance Innovations (AdIns) mencari Engineer Perangkat Lunak .NET C# berpengalaman untuk mengembangkan kode aplikasi secara efisien, mengikuti standar keamanan dan performa. Posisi ini bersifat on-site di West Jakarta dan merupakan pekerjaan penuh waktu.

Anda akan bekerja sama dengan System Analyst, tim QC, BA, dan UI/UX, melakukan review kode, mentor anggota tim lebih junior, serta berinovasi menggunakan perangkat berbasis AI untuk mempercepat pengembangan aplikasi.

Qualifications

• Mereka wajib memiliki minimal 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai .NET C# Software Engineer.
• Menguasai JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web UI Design, SQL/PL/SQL, OO Design, dan Web Services.
• Pengalaman dengan framework Angular serta bahasa .NET C# atau Java.
• Kemampuan komunikasi baik, analitis, dan senang berbagi ilmu dengan tim.

Responsibilities

• Menulis kode aplikasi yang efisien, rapi, dan mudah dikelola sesuai standar perusahaan.
• Menjamin kualitas fungsi bebas bug dan sesuai kriteria.
• Melakukan Code Review & mentoring rekan tim.
• Berkolaborasi dengan System Analyst, QC, BA, dan UI/UX untuk proyek tepat waktu.
• Menerapkan inovasi AI untuk mempercepat SDLC.
• Melakukan pemeliharaan, patching, perbaiki bug, dan dokumentasi panduan.
• Memberikan dukungan teknis untuk Proof of Concept (POC) apabila diperlukan.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Pengembangan Kode: Menulis kode aplikasi yang efisien, rapi, dan mudah dikelola sesuai dengan standar perusahaan (keamanan dan performa).

• Jaminan Kualitas: Memastikan setiap fungsi berjalan lancar tanpa bug dan memenuhi kriteria yang ditentukan.

• Code Review & Mentoring: Memeriksa kode rekan tim, serta membimbing anggota tim yang lebih junior terkait best practice dan standar penulisan kode.

• Kolaborasi Tim: Bekerja sama dengan System Analyst, tim QC, BA, dan UI/UX untuk memastikan proyek selesai tepat waktu.

• Inovasi: Mengimplementasikan perangkat berbasis AI untuk mempercepat proses pengembangan (SDLC).

• Pemeliharaan: Melakukan pembaruan (patching), memperbaiki bug, dan mendokumentasikan panduan penggunaan aplikasi.

• Dukungan Teknis: Jika diperlukan, membantu tim bisnis dalam proses Proof of Concept (POC) atau uji coba aplikasi.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimal 3 tahun bekerja sebagai .NET C# Software Engineer.

• Keahlian Web: Menguasai JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web UI Design, SQL/PL/SQL, Object-Oriented Design, dan Web Services.

• Memiliki pengalaman dengan framework Angular serta bahasa pemrograman .NET C# atau Java.

• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, berpikir analitis, dan senang berbagi ilmu dengan tim.
