Advance Innovations (AdIns) mencari calon Product Manager / Business Analyst untuk memimpin analisis kebutuhan bisnis, desain proses As-Is/To-Be, dan inisiatif peningkatan berkelanjutan di East Jakarta.

Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman 3+ tahun di manajemen produk, analisis bisnis, atau peran serupa, dengan kemampuan merancang backlog, user stories, dan kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan. Keahlian SQL dasar dan bahasa Inggris aktif menjadi nilai tambah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development.
• Strong in product planning, backlog management, user stories, and feature prioritization.
• Able to gather business requirements and translate them into product specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic SQL/data querying skills.
• Good English communication (written & spoken).
• Experience in Car industry is a plus.
