Job summary

Advance Innovations (AdIns) di Jakarta Utara mencari teknisi IT untuk memastikan operasional TI berjalan lancar. Posisi ini on-site di Kapuk, Jakarta Utara, fokus pada penanganan isu teknis sesuai SLA, manajemen insiden, dan eskalasi bila diperlukan.

Anda akan melakukan monitoring sistem, analisis log, serta RCA untuk isu berulang, dan menyusun SOP, workflow dukungan, serta knowledge base. Pelamar diharapkan memiliki gelar S1 terkait, 1–3 tahun pengalaman IT support, serta kemampuan

Qualifications

• Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau jurusan terkait.
• Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di bidang Technical Support / IT Support.
• Pengalaman dalam implementari jaringan.
• Menguasai troubleshooting hardware, software, network, dan operating system.
• Memahami incident management, escalation handling, dan root cause analysis (RCA).
• Familiar dengan monitoring tools, remote support tools, serta knowledge base management.

Responsibilities

• Menangani eskalasi teknis, incident management, dan problem resolution.
• Memastikan seluruh issue teknis ditangani sesuai SLA dan standar layanan.
• Melakukan monitoring sistem, analisis log, serta root cause analysis untuk issue berulang.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Full WFO - Kapuk, Jakarta Utara

• Memastikan seluruh issue teknis ditangani sesuai SLA dan standar layanan.

• Menangani eskalasi teknis, incident management, dan problem resolution.

• Melakukan monitoring sistem, analisis log, serta root cause analysis untuk issue berulang.

• Menyusun dan mengembangkan SOP, workflow support, serta knowledge base.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau jurusan terkait.

• Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di bidang Technical Support / IT Support.

• Pengalaman dalam implementari jaringan

• Menguasai troubleshooting hardware, software, network, dan operating system.

• Memahami incident management, escalation handling, dan root cause analysis (RCA).

• Familiar dengan monitoring tools, remote support tools, serta knowledge base management.

• Memahami networking, infrastructure, dan dasar cloud/security menjadi nilai tambah.
