Indodana Fintech is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide technical support and assistance to users regarding application and system issues, troubleshoot and resolve problems, handle requests via ticketing systems, and document resolutions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in IT and has at least 1 year in similar roles, with familiarity in Windows and Linux, and strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets to read logs and perform basic queries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions; fresh graduates with internship experience are valued equally.
• Familiar with Windows operating systems; knowledge of Linux is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to handle technical issues and provide customer service support.
• Experienced & skilled in Excel / Google Sheets processing.
• Disciplined and results-oriented in achieving quality & speedy execution.
• Skilled in database queries and reading log system data.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support and assistance to users regarding application and system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Handle user requests and technical incidents received through ticketing systems or customer service email.
• Document troubleshooting processes, solutions, and incident resolutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team or other internal departments when necessary.
