Job summary

PT. GEOSERVICES is seeking a Software Support Engineer with a Bachelor's in Geophysical, Geological, or Petroleum Engineering to provide technical support for oil and gas software solutions.

You will assist the sales team with technical product presentations and manage post-purchase processes including installation, troubleshooting, and software updates. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong proficiency with industry software such as AspenTech and KAPPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geophysical, Geological, or Petroleum Engineering required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in oil and gas industry software (e.g., AspenTech, KAPPA).
• Proven software troubleshooting skills.
