PT. GEOSERVICES seeks an experienced sales professional to develop and execute business plans for pre-commissioning services including chemical cleaning, valve repair and unit pressure tests.
The role focuses on achieving sales targets through strong client relationships and in-depth understanding of customer organizations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering fields and 5+ years of EPC sales experience, with hands-on ability to promote services during
Set goals and objectives, develop sales / business plan
Develop business plan for pre-commissioning services (chemical cleaning, valve repair, unit pressure test)
Formulating and implementing sales & business strategies to achieve budgeted sales target
Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through in depth knowledge of customer organizations, increasing account dedication, timely communication and follow up
Provide periodic report to management
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Physics Engineer
More 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in EPC Project
Hands-on experience in selling and promoting services during pre-commissioning phase
Understanding of the EPC Process
Strong communication and negotiation skills to build client relationship and close sales contract
Preparing commercial proposal
Collaborate with technical and procurements teams to ensure client need
