Job summary

PT. GEOSERVICES, established in 1971 with branches in Jakarta, Singapore, and other key Indonesian locations, seeks an experienced HSSE professional. The role focuses on identifying risks, enforcing safety and environmental procedures, and delivering QHSE training to staff.

Will oversee HSSE plan implementation, conduct internal audits, and ensure compliance with laws and client requirements across mining, oil, gas, and geothermal sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in same or equivalent position.
• Experience in Induced Polarization survey projects or geotechnical mining exploration.
• Strong knowledge of Working at Heights and Hot Work procedures.
• Ability to prepare HSSE Performance Statistic Reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational risks and hazards, and ensure mitigation strategies are implemented for project-related activities.
• Identify and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and client requirements.
• Oversee and monitor the implementation of the HSSE Plan throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise employee compliance with safety and environmental procedures.
• Deliver training to employees regarding Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).
• Plan and conduct internal audits to measure the implementation of the QHSE Management System across divisions.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities in the workplace.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same or equivalent position.

Experience in Induced Polarization survey projects or geotechnical mining exploration.

In-depth understanding of Working at Heights and Hot Work procedures.

Capable of preparing HSSE Performance Statistic Reports.

Oversee and monitor the implementation of the HSSE Plan throughout the project lifecycle.

Supervise employee compliance with safety and environmental procedures established by the government and the company.

Deliver training to employees regarding Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) aspects.

Plan and conduct internal audits to measure the implementation of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management System across all divisions.

Implement corrective and preventive actions for any non-conformities found in the workplace.
