Job summary

Atlas Copco in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks a Technical Support professional to deliver structured technical assistance to customers, dealers, and internal teams. You will report to the National Technical Support Manager and contribute to ongoing product quality analysis and proactive support.

You have 3–5 years in industrial machinery, especially air compressors, and strong English and Mandarin communication. On-site work, training delivery, and close collaboration with field teams are part of the

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operation of high quality industrial machines, preferably air compressors.
• Knowledge in compressed air or engineering system.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, professional technical support to customers, dealers and regions.
• Follow up and analyze local product quality; proactive failure reporting to TS.
• Provide onsite technical support and project assistance as needed.
• Plan and conduct technical trainings to ensure field competence.

Job description

As a Technical Support, your mission is to offering structured, most professional and timely technical support to the FSE's, Backoffice, service operations, customers, dealers/distributors and regions. You will report to National Technical SupportManager.

You will

• Continuously follow up and analysis of the local product quality Take care of a proactive failure reporting & support request towards TS in the PC's
• Play an active role in providing onsite technical support if required and project support requests from PC's
• Provide accurate and up to date service information covering all aspects of a compressed air installation
• Plan & conduct technical trainings to assure field competence & skills are in pace with equipment development and installed base
