Job summary

Atlas Copco Indonesia is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the CTS Operation & Technical team in Jakarta. You will plan interventions, complete procedures, and ensure data quality, KPIs, and customer satisfaction while working on-site with a dynamic team.

The role requires solid analytical, organizational, and time management skills, plus strong communication at all levels. Mandarin language ability is a plus and fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Plan interventions for the designated area and schedule tentatively and fix schedules
• Complete all procedures and tasks before tackling the next, ensuring data quality, KPIs and customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly and correctly with our customers, exceeding expectations
• Prioritize requests from various stakeholders, both internal and external

In this role, your mission is to completes all procedures and tasks before tackling the next, contributing to data quality, KPIs and customer satisfaction. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Communicating clearly and correctly with our customers, exceeding expectation

Correctly prioritizes the different stakeholder’s requests, both internally and externally

Your skills and experience

You have 1 year of experience, working in operation function

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Good organizational and time management skill

Demonstrate good communication skills on all levels - Task and Customer oriented

Preferable have experiences and fresh graduates are welcome and good communication with Mandarin will be an advantage
