Job summary

PT Indolakto - Indofood CBP (INDOMILK) is seeking a Technical (SPGS) and RM/PM Purchasing Manager to lead purchasing for head office and seven plants, ensuring timely delivery and competitive material costs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering or SCM, 7–10 years in purchasing with at least 4 in a managerial role, and strong negotiation and project management skills, plus proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, SCM, Logistics, or related fields.
• 7–10 years purchasing experience with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong SPGS or RM/PM purchasing experience including materials.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, and price benchmarking.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and negotiation.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and PM skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor purchasing activities for Head Office and 7 plants to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure availability, competitive cost, quality, and timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor market trends, material costs, supplier performance, and procurement risks.
• Monitor outstanding PO, PR, and Canvass Sheet.
• Lead the continuous improvement and development of purchasing systems and procedures.
