Job summary

PT Indolakto is seeking an experienced Civil/Mechanical Engineer to lead project execution and site monitoring for dairy and FMCG facilities in Indonesia. This is a 2-year contract role requiring strong coordination, safety compliance, and progress reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project execution, with knowledge of hygienic design, GMP, FSSC, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution, particularly in Civil, Mechanical & Utility projects within the FMCG Dairy, and/or F&B industry.
• Proven experience in site/project management, including schedule monitoring, team coordination, quality control, and progress reporting.
• Strong understanding of project execution, construction, hygienic engineering design, FSSC, GMP, and occupational safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willing to travel as required for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project execution and site monitoring, including schedule, team coordination, progress, and compliance with project SOPs.
• Ensure project execution complies with the approved design, specifications, quality standards, work methods, and material requirements.
• Ensure all project activities comply with applicable safety standards, regulations, and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and monitor and follow up on project issues, action plans, and progress.
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, and project administration through project closing.
