Job summary

JAC Recruitment International in Indonesia seeks a Sales Supervisor/Leader to drive technical sales for SPM, factory automation, and industrial equipment. You will work with customers and engineering teams to identify requirements and propose solutions.

You will conduct visits, prepare quotations, build relationships, coordinate with project teams, and strive to meet sales targets. A strong technical background and travel willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial sales.
• Technical knowledge of SPM, factory automation, PLC/control systems, welding equipment, or industrial electrical equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand customer specifications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including preparing quotations and reports.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities
