Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Sales Supervisor/Leader in Indonesia to drive technical sales for Special Purpose Machines, factory automation, and related industrial equipment. You will work closely with customers and engineering teams to capture requirements, propose solutions, and support project execution.

You will manage customer visits, prepare quotations, build long-term relationships, and help achieve sales targets while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–7 years in B2B technical or industrial sales.
• Technical knowledge of SPM, factory automation, PLC/control systems, welding equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand customer specifications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including quotations and reports.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
