Job summary

Tsm Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive product development programs across hardware, firmware, and mechanical teams. You will align customer requirements with project scope, ensure milestones are met, and communicate progress to stakeholders worldwide.

You will manage risks, budget, and schedules, lead cross-functional teams, and foster continuous improvement in project delivery to boost customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years PM experience in embedded systems, electronics, IoT or manufacturing.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing customer-facing projects.
• Excellent communication with international customers.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid PM methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Confluence or equivalent tools.
• Travel for customer meetings and project activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end execution of NPD and sustaining engineering projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Hardware, Firmware & Mechanical Engineering.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates and executive presentations.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage change requests.
• Coordinate engineering activities from concept to product launch.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and customer satisfaction.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline

3-5 years of PM experience in embedded systems/electronics/IoT/manufacturing

PMP certification
