Job summary

Techconnect is seeking a hands-on Product Owner/Manager to take ownership of SUN Mobility Technology's 11 in-flight initiatives from the Lead of Product. You will own requirements, backlog, cadence, vendor coordination, and follow-up closure across ERP, CRM, telematics hardware, EV charging, and analytics.

You will write FRDs, integration specs, define acceptance criteria, and manage day-to-day vendor and data-flow coordination with SAP, Odoo, and analytics platforms, while translating between

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Manager / Product Owner with multi-initiative experience.
• Technical ability to specify integrations and read data schemas.
• Writes specifications in English for external partners with minimal rework.
• Proven vendor/implementation-partner management.
• Structured, self-directed follow-up discipline and backlog documentation.

Responsibilities

• Write FRDs, user stories, and integration specs for engineers and implementation partners.
• Define acceptance criteria and own UAT sign-off.
• Maintain master-data definitions across Odoo, SAP, and Zoho.
• Own the business backlog in ClickUp — grooming, prioritization, sprint/release planning.
• Drive delivery cadence with Engineering Lead and unblock blockers.
• Run demos, collect structured feedback, and close the loop.
• Triage and close open follow-ups; convert meeting outcomes into tracked work items.
• Manage day-to-day technical coordination with telematics, IoT/DMS, charging, ERP/SAP partners.
• Translate between operations, finance, HSE, commercial, and engineering; report status to leadership.
