Job summary

SUPERSPRING in Jakarta is seeking a Product Specialist with 1–2 years’ experience to explore new products and technologies, conduct research, and analyze feasibility for technology-based offerings.

You will support product documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist in pricing and readiness activities to ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Product Specialist, Product Development, R&D, Product Management, or a related role.
• Familiar with technology-based products, especially TMS, FMS, or SaaS.
• Familiar with product research, product testing, product analysis, and product evaluation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver product knowledge to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Experienced in preparing product documentation, reports, and analysis.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and a good team player.
