Job summary

PT Garuda Metalindo is seeking an experienced Project Manager for APQP-driven product development in the automotive sector. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, interpreting drawings with GD&T, and driving cost calculations for new parts before mass production.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management are essential. Minimum 5 years in automotive project management, with a proactive, analytical approach and proficient IT skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience on project management in automotive industry.
• Able to lead and facilitate cross functional teams and self-motivated with initiative.
• Methodical approach to task management and communicate task requirements clearly at all levels.
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills with ability to teach and facilitate problem solving team events.
• Ability to interpret/read drawings and strong understanding of GD&T.
• Ability to drive cost calculation on new product development and secure piece price prior to mass production.
• Strong people, time management, and data presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder interface skills and customer interfacing.
