Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in project management in a tech company.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple short- to medium-term projects.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience delivering projects through entire life cycle.
• Familiarity with API integration and platforms like Postman or Insomnia.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones due to global clients.
• Fluent business English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Success Manager to join our Product Team. You will help understand customers’ technical needs and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to clients and partners.
• Develop solutions to address ongoing technical client requirements with the aim of growing product usage.
• Define, develop, manage, and document project schedules/milestones; proactively drive project-related issues to appropriate solutions and plan for contingencies due to production-related risks.
• Measure project performance to identify areas of improvement.
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships that enable the team to look forward and plan interdepartmental tasks without friction.
• Devise and implement processes and tools to improve cross-departmental communication and efficiency.
• Ensure the complete implementation of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) based on the client's inquiries and achieve exceptional product quality before deployment.

Requirements

• Project management experience in a tech company for a minimum of 2 years.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Skilled in managing multiple short- to medium-term projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of programming concepts.
• Understanding of API integration principles.
• Experience working with APIs and using platforms like Postman or Insomnia.
• Proven experience collaborating with engineers.
• Understanding of the usage and creation of Project Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Willingness to work in multiple time zones, as our clients operate around the world.
• Fluent in written and spoken Business English
• Max Budget: 14,000,000/ month (net)
• Good to have: Familiarity with Python programming language.
