Role

Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of project and technology delivery throughout client onboarding and implementation across newly acquired enterprise accounts. The role is crucial in maintaining client engagement, managing project milestones, and ensuring successful deployment of solutions. Your responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive onboarding workshops and guide clients through every phase of the onboarding process.
• Oversee and deliver project components as per the agreed scope of work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.
• Maintain a structured communication cadence with clients, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Develop detailed plans for data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with client IT teams (solution architects, developers, UI/UX, API, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams such as product managers, customer experience managers, and support teams to manage the project until go‑live.
• Produce and deliver comprehensive documentation for client handover upon go‑live.
• Drive successful deployment of the platform to stakeholders and end users.
• Stay abreast of new features and functionalities of the platform.
• Partner with customer experience and product managers to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and value addition.
• Mobilize and coordinate resources across the organization to expedite client implementation and onboarding, achieving the shortest possible time to go‑live.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience implementing SaaS solutions with large enterprise clients.
• Solid SDLC experience and project management methodologies/fundamentals.
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects, ideally in a SaaS or technology‑driven environment.
• Comfortable conversing and dealing with web technologies.
• Ability to follow change control procedures and manage revisions with project sponsors.
• In‑depth knowledge and proven domain expertise in technical/functional consulting around SaaS or business software solutions; solution design experience a plus.
• Experience managing project risk, performance metrics, and steering projects back on track.
• Professional certifications (PMI, Prince2, CAPM, PMP, etc.) are a plus.
• Familiar with financial tracking and reporting of key project management and professional services delivery metrics is a plus.
• MarTech experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS start‑up will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, client and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Strong in managing complex and critical issues, internally and externally.
