Job summary

MoneyLion is seeking a Technical Program Manager for POS integrations to own end-to-end onboarding and integration delivery. You will partner with a dedicated Super Developer and serve as the regional point of contact for POS onboarding, based in Indonesia and aligned to US business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project/delivery management, technical account management, or integrations
• Comfort with technical topics—APIs, POS systems, integration concepts—without needing to code
• Strong stakeholder management across markets, partners and internal teams
• Bias for action: chase blockers, push decisions and keep momentum
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work
• Fluency in English is a must

Responsibilities

• Coordinate country teams, POS partners and internal stakeholders across the integration lifecycle
• Track status, milestones and timelines; communicate risks, blockers and progress
• Drive approvals and decision-making; actively remove blockers and elevate to keep delivery moving
• Sync weekly with country reps to prioritise bugs, new requests and new integrations
• Co-own onboarding of the first restaurant on each new POS with the Super Developer; own technical onboarding of all following restaurants
• Coordinate rollout and go-live with country teams and drive adoption to Commercial Done
