qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Technical Program Manager, POS Integrations, you'll be the operational and onboarding owner of POS integrations in Singapore — accountable end-to-end, from first request to Commercial Done.

You'll pair with a dedicated Super Developer on every integration and act as the regional point of contact for POS onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project/delivery management, technical account management, or integrations.
• Comfort with technical topics — APIs, POS systems, integration concepts — without needing to code.
• Strong stakeholder management across markets, partners and internal teams.
• Bias for action: chase blockers, push decisions and keep momentum.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate country teams, POS partners and internal stakeholders across the integration lifecycle.
• Track status, milestones and timelines; communicate risks, blockers and progress.
• Drive approvals and decision-making; actively remove blockers and escalate to keep delivery moving.
• Sync weekly with country reps to prioritise bugs, new requests and new integrations.
• Co‑own onboarding of the first restaurant on each new POS with the Super Developer; own technical onboarding of all following restaurants.
• Coordinate rollout and go-live with country teams and drive adoption to Commercial Done.
