Qlub is scaling across markets and seeks a Technical Program Manager to own POS integrations end-to-end from first request to Commercial Done. You will coordinate country teams, POS partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and smooth onboarding of new restaurants.

This role requires strong decision-making, ownership, and fluency in English, with prior hands-on experience in payments or hospitality tech.

• Co-own onboarding of the first restaurant on each new POS with the Super Developer; own technical onboarding of all following restaurants.
• Coordinate rollout and go-live with country teams and drive adoption to Commercial Done.

The role

qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Technical Program Manager, POS Integrations , you'll be the operational and onboarding owner of POS integrations in Singapore — accountable end-to-end, from first request to Commercial Done. You'll pair with a dedicated Super Developer on every integration and act as the regional point of contact for POS onboarding. Who you are

• You've done this before in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment
• You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information

What you'll need

• 3+ years in project/delivery management, technical account management, or integrations
• Comfort with technical topics — APIs, POS systems, integration concepts — without needing to code
• Strong stakeholder management across markets, partners and internal teams
• Bias for action: you chase blockers, push decisions and keep momentum
• Hands‑on fluency with AI tools in daily work
• Fluency in English is a must

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality tech, payments or F&B
