Must Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field that is relatable to the key responsibilities listed above.
• 4+ years of experience in product management in technology, payment systems, banking, fintech or other financial industry.
• Strong experience in fund transfer, payment processing, banking transaction systems, or financial technology with tangible impacts and value-adds.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple systems and stakeholders with clear ability to explain leadership & execution style.
• Strong understanding and real experience of APIs, system integrations, middleware, transaction processing, and backend systems in previous roles.
• Experience translating business, operational, and regulatory requirements into product and system solutions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving complex transaction and integration issues.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, Elastic, AppDynamics, Kibana, Newrelic, Datadog or similar platforms.
• Ability to lead through influence and operate effectively as an Individual Contributor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BI-FAST, RTOL, in-bank transfers, or other Indonesian payment systems (e.g. SKN, RTGS)
• Familiarity with Bank Indonesia regulations and payment standards, including SNAP.
• Experience with legacy system modernization, technical debt reduction, or technology transformation.
• Experience in system design, API integration, and system orchestration in financial technology industry
• Experience designing internal operational tools and workflows.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Experience mentoring colleagues or helping establish and grow product or technology teams.
