Job summary

Grab is seeking a Manager, Omnicommerce Operational Excellence & API in Jakarta to lead the full lifecycle of restaurant partner integrations and local product launches. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure platform stability, high operating quality, and scalable merchant experiences.

Based onsite in Jakarta, you will partner with leadership to drive API pipelines, GTM strategies, and risk‑management processes for Grab ID.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to leadership and executives.
• Hands-on API integrations, POS partners, and tech product ecosystems.
• Ability to navigate merchant disputes and commercial agreements.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience launching complex GTM product rollouts.
• CRM-related business operations experience.

The Omnicommerce team powers Grab's offline dining business in Indonesia, building and scaling seamless tech solutions for both restaurant partners and diners. Behind key products like Grab Dineout Deals and Reservation (Chope with Grab), we bridge digital convenience with real‑world dining to help millions discover, reserve, and save. Our team excels at hunger, ownership, and accountability to drive bold initiatives. Get to Know the Role

As the Manager, Omnicommerce Operational Excellence & API, you will oversee the full operational, technical, and commercial lifecycle for restaurant partners in Indonesia. You will lead partner technical integrations, drive local product launches, enforce operational quality, and ensure platform stability. Reporting to the Head level, you will be based onsite in our Jakarta Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead technical partnership discussions, manage API integration pipelines, and leverage POS expertise to scale across Grab ID
• Design and execute GTM product rollout strategies for ID, aligning all relevant cross‑functional stakeholders and managing impact.
• Oversee reservation operations, manage billing SOPs, and enforce high‑quality frameworks across restaurant partners.
• Ensure an efficient onboarding journey for new merchants by providing structured guidance, dedicated support, and optimized workflows.
• Drive merchant partner satisfaction, provide ongoing operational guidance, and maintain denial‑of‑service rates at an all‑time low.
• Oversee risk management workflows to identify, prevent, and mitigate fraud‑related risks across merchant operations.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree from any related major
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant working experience, with experience collaborating directly with leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Solid background and hands‑on experience working with API integrations, POS partners, and technical product ecosystems.
• Capability to navigate merchant disputes, partnership, and commercial agreement.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English
• Experienced in managing complex product GTM launches, merchant operations, and risk mitigation frameworks
• CRM‑related business workstream
