Igloocompany mencari seorang Technical Lead, Software Engineering untuk memimpin desain teknis dan pengiriman software cloud, web, dan mobile yang mendukung solusi manajemen properti kami untuk pasar AS. Peran ini bekerja sama erat dengan produk, desain, QA, dan tim engineering untuk merilis fitur yang andal dan aman, dengan fokus pada arsitektur dan standar teknis.

Posisi ini berbasis di Bali/Indonesia dan melibatkan kolaborasi lintas zona waktu.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with technical leadership.
• Strong backend or full-stack depth to review mobile and frontend designs.
• Experience writing and reviewing technical designs and API contracts (OpenAPI).
• Experience with CI/CD and test automation.
• Experience working with product managers and designers in Scrum delivery.
• Proven record of raising engineering standards and mentoring engineers.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• IoT/hardware-connected or mobile-integrated product experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture review and system design for the product domain.
• Manage sprint flow, cycle time, and risk escalation.
• Provide mentorship through code reviews and design reviews.

DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES

Technicaldesignandstandards

• Ownarchitecturereviewandsystemdesignfortheproductdomain

• Holddesignreviewswithbackend,frontend,andQAsoscope,contracts,andtestapproachareagreedbeforeworkiscommitted
• Setcodereview,testing,andCI/CDstandards
• AlignwithotherengineeringleadsonsharedbackendandAPIstandards

Delivery

• PartnerwithProduct,Designandotherkeystakeholdersbeforedevelopmentstartsonfeasibility,requirements,andestimates
• Ownsprintflow,trackcycletimeandpredictability,andescalatepromptlywhenasprintisatrisk
• Buildhardwareandmulti-devicetestingintodesignandthedefinitionofdone
• Providetechnicalreadinessinputforhardwaregatereviews
• Identifyandresolvetechnicaldebtandbottlenecks

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+yearsinsoftwareengineering,includingtechnicalleadershipofateam
