Job summary

SingaPay is seeking a Technical Lead to drive technical excellence, provide architectural direction, and support the growth of the engineering team. You will lead and mentor engineers, set engineering best practices, and ensure delivery of scalable services.

Ideal candidate has 5–10 years of software development experience with expertise in Laravel, Golang, Python, or React and strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–10 years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Proficiency in Laravel, Golang, Python, or React.
• Strong knowledge of Software Architecture, System Design, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and business-level English.

What We're Looking For

• Solid understanding of Software Architecture, System Design, RESTful APIs, and Microservices

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
