Job summary

VLink Inc is seeking an engineering lead to direct a development team in Jakarta Pusat. You will oversee design, development, coding, reviews, debugging, and technical documentation while coordinating schedules and ensuring clear communication across functions.

The role requires at least 3 years delivering technology solutions for enterprise systems, strong leadership, and agile experience. Banking/Finance domain exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System or Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering technology solutions and/or large-scale enterprise systems.
• Leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Experience managing teams using agile principles; knowledge in Finance/Banking/Insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development staff's schedule, Ensure effectiveness communication between team members and other functional areas.
• Solving impediments around technology, logic or any issues on team. Make your team to be self organised.
• Maintain good relationship with team members, other division and vendors. Qualification:

Minimum Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System or Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of working experience in delivery of technology solution and/or large -scale enterprise system.
• Leadership critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Problem solving, analyse, evaluate and identify solution. Effective communication skill with ability to influence
• Preferably someone who experience in managing team using agile principles and has knowledge of Finance/Banking/Insurance.

Nice to have :

• Nice to have experience in Microservices project, messaging stream (Apache Spark, Kafka Stream, RabbitMQ), CICD, Docker, Kubernetes, DevSecOps Mechanism, Enterprise Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, DO)
• Know about Java Springboot, Python, OOP, React Native, Angular or ReactJS.
