Based at our Thane office, this five-day on-site role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to release notes and documentation for new software launches.

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our product team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, comprehensive user manuals and technical documentation that make our software easy to understand and operate. Your goal is to improve the user experience by transforming intricate technical specifications into clear, actionable guides.
Tool Proficiency: Experience with standard authoring and documentation tools like -
Publishing: Confluence, MadCap Flare, or Adobe FrameMaker.
Version Control: Git or GitHub.
Visuals: Snagit, Lucidchart, or similar screen-capture/diagramming software.
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in technical writing, specifically for software products.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Competitive salary as per the market.
This is a five-day work-from-office role based out of our Thane office.
