Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing for software.
• Proven ability to produce manuals, how-to guides, and SOPs.
• Experience collaborating with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Create user manuals and technical documentation.

• Maintain documentation to reflect software updates and releases.
• Produce visuals like diagrams and screenshots to aid understanding.
