Job summary

Deswik Mining Consultants Pty Ltd is seeking a Technical Consultant to implement enterprise software solutions for global mining operations, closely collaborating with senior consultants and end customers.

You will configure and support solutions, build Power BI dashboards, manage data pipelines, APIs, and assist with upgrades and go-live activities, while delivering training and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software/IS/data analytics or related field.
• 3 years' experience (including internships or graduate roles).
• Exposure to Power BI and SQL or similar tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality software solutions working with experienced consultants and customers.
• Support implementation and configuration of enterprise software solutions.
• Troubleshoot system, database and integration issues using SQL and diagnostic tools.
• Build and optimise Power BI dashboards, reports and data models.
• Assist with system integrations, APIs and data pipelines.
• Provide support for software upgrades, testing (UAT) and go-live activities.
• Manage and resolve support tickets with clear communication and documentation.
• Deliver basic training sessions and walkthroughs for customers.
• Develop and maintain system and configuration documentation.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including demos, templates and prototypes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve solutions, processes and delivery.

What you'll do

As a Technical Consultant, you'll work closely with experienced consultants and customers to deliver high-quality software solutions and provide ongoing support across global mining operations.

Support implementation and configuration of enterprise software solutions

Troubleshoot system, database and integration issues using SQL and diagnostic tools

Build and optimise Power BI dashboards, reports and data models

Assist with system integrations, APIs and data pipelines

Provide support for software upgrades, testing (UAT) and go-live activities

Manage and resolve support tickets with clear communication and documentation

Develop and maintain system and configuration documentation

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline

3 years' experience (including internships or graduate roles)

Interest in enterprise software, data analytics, or system implementation

Exposure to Power BI, SQL or similar tools (desirable)

Strong problem-solving and analytical capability

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
