Job summary

PT. Diamond Cold Storage (Diamond) invites a culinary professional to join our kitchen team in Surabaya. The role focuses on delivering pastry, bakery and hot kitchen excellence, with emphasis on high standards and customer guidance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years as a chef in 4/5-star hotels or fine restaurants, strong leadership, problem solving, and a professional appearance. Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Culinary Degree preferred
• Previous experience in pastry, Bakery and Hot Kitchen
• 2-3 years as Chef in a 4 / 5-star category hotel or individual restaurants with high standards
