Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline with excellent academic records or outstanding achievements.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, technical business analysis, system analysis, or related technical roles.
Strong technical understanding of software development, with coding experience and knowledge of APIs, databases, and integrations.
Experience working with software engineering teams across the full software development lifecycle.
Strong understanding of web and mobile application development processes.
Experience translating business requirements into actionable technical requirements.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Able to translate complex business requirements into clear documentation, diagrams, and plans.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Based in Bandung or willing to relocate to Bandung.

Responsibilities

Understand business needs, analyze requirements, and support successful project delivery.
Collaborate with IT teams and internal stakeholders to gather and synthesize requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with engineering teams.
Clarify technical requirements with Solution Architects on cloud, CI/CD, and integrations.
Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts and communicate them clearly.
Prioritize requirements and tasks across the technical track in a fast-paced environment.
Create workflows, process diagrams, and presentation materials for communication.
Prepare technical deliverables and ensure implementability of solutions.
Support full SDLC including deployment and post-production support.
Prepare project reports and status updates for stakeholders.
Stay current with emerging technologies to improve solutions.
