Job summary

The Software Practice Pte Ltd in Singapore with a vibrant Bandung team is seeking a Product Manager / Technical Business Analyst to join our delivery-focused practice. You will bridge product, business, and technology to translate client needs into actionable requirements and collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA engineers, and project stakeholders.

You will drive user stories, specifications, and solution designs throughout the software development lifecycle, while maintaining

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of software development, technical business analysis, or related roles.
Strong understanding of web and mobile app development, APIs, and system integrations.
Experience collaborating with software engineering teams across the SDLC.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Understand business problems and translate into requirements and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with clients and IT teams to define objectives and technical needs.
Translate requirements into user stories, specs, diagrams, and plans.
Work with developers, QA, DevOps, PMs, and solution architects across the lifecycle.
Create workflow diagrams, process flows, and presentation materials.
Prepare architecture and cloud hosting documentation and integration requirements.
