PT Indolakto - Indofood CBP (INDOMILK) is seeking a Technical Beverage & Customer Development Specialist in Jakarta. You will develop beverage recipes, run product trials, and provide technical support to sales teams and customers.
The role requires a science or food tech background, 3–5 years in beverages or related fields, and strong communication and training skills. Willingness to travel for demonstrations and customer visits is expected.
Job Requirement :
Min. D3/S1 – Food Technology, Hospitality, Culinary, F&B, or related field
3–5 years experience in beverage, coffee, barista, foodservice, R&D, or product application
Strong knowledge of coffee, beverage preparation & product application
Excellent communication, presentation & training skills
Creative, customer-oriented & strong problem-solving skills
Barista certification is a plus
Willing to travel for customer visits & demonstrations
Responsibilities:
Develop & optimize beverage recipes and product applications
Conduct product trials, demonstrations & sensory evaluation
Provide technical support and solutions to customers & Sales team
Conduct barista training, workshops & product demonstrations
Monitor coffee & beverage market trends and develop new concepts
Support customer development, product launches & commercial activities
