Job summary

PT Indolakto - Indofood CBP (INDOMILK) is seeking a Technical Beverage & Customer Development Specialist in Jakarta. You will develop beverage recipes, run product trials, and provide technical support to sales teams and customers.

The role requires a science or food tech background, 3–5 years in beverages or related fields, and strong communication and training skills. Willingness to travel for demonstrations and customer visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Food Tech, Hospitality, Culinary, F&B or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in beverage, coffee, barista, foodservice, R&D or product application
• Strong knowledge of coffee, beverage preparation and product application
• Excellent communication, presentation and training skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize beverage recipes and product applications
• Conduct product trials, demonstrations and sensory evaluation
• Provide technical support to customers and Sales team
• Conduct barista training, workshops and product demonstrations
• Monitor coffee and beverage market trends and develop new concepts
• Support customer development, product launches and commercial activities
