Job summary

PT. Multico Epee Engineering is seeking an Electrical Project Lead to manage end-to-end genset projects on-site in Jakarta. You will create timelines, manage budgets, and deliver progress reports while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will oversee installation, commissioning, and load testing, procure essential equipment, and ensure compliance with K3, PUIL, and IEC standards. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Reading and creating Electrical One-Line Diagram (SLD).
• 3–5 years in electrical or genset projects, preferably EPC or power solutions.
• Understanding of industrial electrical systems (Panels, ATS/AMF, MCCB, Grounding).
• Able to read and generate SLD diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting for electrical systems and genset engines.
• Willing to work on-site and handle overtime when needed.
• Certifications such as SKTT/SKA Listrik, K3 Listrik, or PMP are a plus.

Job description

Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including creating timelines, managing budgets, and delivering detailed progress reports.

Oversee the installation, commissioning, load testing, and synchronization of genset systems.

Handle the procurement of essential equipment such as genset units, electrical panels, cables, and related components.

Manage on-site technical teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure work aligns with Electrical One-Line Diagram (SLD).

Maintain professional communication and coordination with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.

Address on-site technical issues (problem solver) and manage changes in project scope effectively.

Ensure all work meets safety standards, including K3, PUIL, and IEC regulations.

Requirements

Minimum D3/S1 degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in electrical or genset projects, preferably within EPC or power solution contractors, or data centre projects.

Deep understanding of industrial electrical systems (Panels, ATS/AMF, MCCB, Grounding).

Proficient in reading and creating Electrical One-Line Diagram (SLD).

Strong basic troubleshooting skills for both electrical systems and genset engines.

Have a Good Communication, Confident, Decisive leadership, and Team Player.

Willingness to work on-site and handle overtime when necessary.

Professional certifications such as SKTT/SKA Listrik, K3 Listrik, or PMP are a huge plus.
