Job summary

Solarvest is seeking a Project Manager (Solar PV) to drive delivery from planning through execution. The role coordinates project activities, maintains schedule discipline, and ensures quality, with collaboration across teams to achieve strong delivery outcomes.

You will lead project teams, oversee planning and construction of Solar PV plants, develop execution schedules, monitor sites, and prepare technical documentation. Travel to project sites within and outside Java is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing solar PV projects.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel to project sites within Java or outside Java.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project scheduling tools, and preparing technical documentation.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams with strong communication and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work effectively under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, across project activities.
• Support project delivery at sites within Java and outside Java as needed.
