Job summary

PT Inter Aneka Lestari Kimia in Indonesia is seeking an Administration professional to manage internal and external document archiving, coordinate tasks across departments, and prepare COAs and data analysis reports.

The role involves generating reports on issues with raw materials and packaging, coordinating with PD Engineers and Marketing to ensure complete product designs, and delivering timely updates to the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Administration.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• SAP/ERP experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with high data accuracy.
• Disciplined, communicative, and team-oriented.
• Willing to be stationed in Cikande and undergo OJT in Daan Mogot, Tangerang.

• Generate reports regarding issues or discrepancies in raw materials and packaging.

• Provide prompt reports to the Supervisor regarding operational or technical obstacles.

Prepare technical reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and data analysis reports on a regular basis.

Generate reports regarding issues or discrepancies in raw materials and packaging.

Coordinate with PD Engineers and the Marketing team regarding product design completeness.

Provide prompt reports to the Supervisor regarding any operational or technical obstacles.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Administration (experience in a Technical Department is preferred).

Highly proficient and agile in operating MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge or experience using SAP/ERP systems is a significant advantage.

Exceptional attention to detail and high data accuracy.

Disciplined, communicative, and strongly oriented toward job responsibilities.

Proven ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Willing to be stationed in Cikande, and undergo On-the-Job Training (OJT) in Daan Mogot, Tangerang.
