Lead the product development from initial concept to market launch for significant product upgrades, ensuring alignment with business goals

Research and analysis market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and ensure products meet user needs

Collaborate with marketing, sales team, and relevant department to explore new technologies and innovations and ensure the product development process runs smoothly and efficiently

Manage resources and budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of resources

Establish quality control processes, ensuring product safety, compliance with regulations, and adherence to quality standards

About you

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry

At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in product development as Research & Development or Product Development Assistant Manager/Manager, especially in building chemicals industry

Strong leadership and organizational skills with creative problem solving

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with internal and external partners

Knowledge of product development processes and industry trends
