Job summary

PT XL Axiata Tbk, a leading Indonesian cellular provider, seeks a Senior Solutions Architect in Jakarta. You will design detailed solutions, apply design patterns, and craft solutions around product extension points while guiding the development team to align with the overall architecture.

You will assist data modeling, manage stakeholders, lead code reviews, mentor team members, and drive pre-sales effort estimation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent with 6+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with Java and Go; at least two general-purpose languages.
• Experience in cloud services, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile practices and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Work with solutions architect to design solutions meeting customer needs.
• Create detailed solution designs and apply design patterns.
• Design solutions around product extension points.
• Lead development team to align with solution architecture.
• Assist data modeling and client engagement with stakeholders.
• Lead code reviews and mentor team members.
• Plan data migrations and upgrades; drive secure coding practices.
• Estimate effort for pre-sales activities and identify risks.
